The 28-Day Development Sprint

Software engineering at Mall Savvy is divided into two 14-day high-velocity sprints. The first 14 days comprise the "Architectural Blueprint" phase, where we finalize requirements and map out the data schema to prevent technical debt. The following 14 days involve active production, where our engineers deploy code through secure CI/CD pipelines. This methodology ensures that we deliver stable, production-ready software within a predictable one-month window, regardless of project complexity.

Our billing logic is built on transparency. We operate on a month-to-month "Managed Service" model with no long-term restrictive contracts. Custom engineering projects require a milestone-based deposit (typically 40%), which is credited toward the total architectural fee. We offer Net-15 and Net-30 payment structures for corporate partners. Our refund policy is equally clear: work that has not yet entered the "Discovery" or "Production" phase is 100% refundable with a 30-day notice.

System Availability & Status Verification

In the event that your platform or integrated services are non-operational, we require clients to complete a "Self-Test checklist" (verifying local internet connectivity, clearing browser cache, and testing on an alternative device) prior to escalating the issue.
